Summary
This study tests a program called 'Healthy Dads, Healthy Kids' adapted for Hispanic families. It aims to help fathers lose weight and increase their children's physical activity to prevent obesity. About 187 fathers and their children (ages 5-11) from the Houston area are taking part. The program focuses on healthy eating and exercise for the whole family.
