Summary

This study is testing a 14-week healthy aging program to see if it helps improve quality of life and physical abilities in older adults. Researchers will enroll 1,000 people aged 60 and older who are at risk of faster-than-normal aging. Half will receive the program, which includes education and support, while the other half will not, to compare the results.
