Can a 14-Week program keep older adults healthier?

Summary

This study tests a 14-week program called Path-HA designed to help older adults (60+) who are at risk of aging faster than normal. The program includes health education and support to improve quality of life, strength, and balance. 1000 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or usual care to see if the program makes a difference.
