NCT ID NCT07473297
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how resistance exercise changes muscle protein quality in younger (25-35) and older (65-75) men. Eight men did leg press exercises over two weeks, and researchers took muscle samples to measure protein health. The goal was to see if exercise helps maintain muscle quality with age.
