Summary
This study looks at whether regular, structured health discussions with a healthcare provider can help people aged 67 to 84 stay healthier and live better. About 3,000 participants in Sweden will be followed for six years to track quality of life, hospital visits, and lifestyle changes. The goal is to see if these conversations can prevent health decline and reduce the need for medical care.
