Summary

This study tracks 129 healthy adults aged 18–65 over two years using a wearable device called Syde®. Participants are assessed every six months to measure walking speed and other movement patterns. The goal is to create a reference dataset of healthy movement, which can help develop and validate digital tools for detecting disease. No treatment is given; this is purely an observational study.
