Summary
This study looked at how well Arab women in East Jerusalem understand health information and how to talk with their doctors. Researchers held focus groups to learn what these women need, then tested a 4-session workshop to improve heart disease knowledge and communication skills. About 306 women took part, and the goal was to see if the workshops helped them feel more confident and informed.
