Heart patients get a coach: will it keep them healthier?
NCT ID NCT06904144
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 02, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether 12 virtual health coaching sessions over 16 weeks can help people with heart disease (like heart failure or a heart attack) improve their health, reduce stress, and lower the chance of going back to the hospital. About 70 adults will take part, and the study will also ask doctors if they find the coaching helpful. The goal is to see if adding a health coach to standard care makes a real difference.
