Summary
This study looks at whether a new heart medication (cardiac myosin inhibitor) improves tiny blood vessel function in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Researchers will measure blood flow in the heart muscle using special ultrasound images. The study involves 30 adults with HCM who are already starting this therapy as part of their routine care.
