Summary
This study looks at whether a new heart medication (cardiac myosin inhibitor) can improve tiny blood vessel function in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle is thickened. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure blood flow in the heart at rest and during stress. The study involves 30 participants who are already starting this medication as part of their regular care.
