Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called HC010 combined with chemotherapy in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 331 participants will take part, and researchers will also look at whether the tumors shrink or stop growing.
