Summary

This study looks at whether drinking haskap berry juice helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress after an intense leg workout, and whether it helps you regain strength and performance faster. Thirty resistance-trained adults will drink either haskap juice or a placebo and follow a low-polyphenol diet. Researchers will measure blood markers and performance at 24, 48, and 72 hours after exercise.
