Summary

This study tests whether a yoga program designed for Black adults can help them sit less, move more, and feel better emotionally. Researchers will enroll 250 people in Houston who are not very active and sit for 6+ hours daily. Participants will be randomly assigned to the yoga program or a control group, and their quality of life will be measured.
