Summary
This study looks at whether adding a brief, structured team reflection to regular training helps elite underwater rugby players feel more connected, safe, and trusting with each other. About 27 male athletes will fill out questionnaires over 6 weeks to track changes. The goal is to understand if simple reflection exercises can strengthen team bonds.
