Summary
This study tests a program called Harmony & Health that combines yoga with Christian spirituality. The goal is to see if it helps Black adults who are not very active get more exercise. About 100 participants will take part across multiple sites. The study focuses on whether the program can be delivered consistently and if people find it acceptable.
