Could a Half-Dose vaccine be enough to fight malaria?

NCT ID NCT07194668

Summary

This study aims to see if giving people a half-dose of the R21 malaria vaccine works just as well as the full dose. Researchers will compare the immune response and safety in teens and adults who get either the standard dose or one of two half-dose versions. The goal is to find the most efficient way to use the vaccine to protect more people from malaria.
