NCT ID NCT07194668

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a half-dose of the R21/Matrix-M malaria vaccine works as well as the full dose in 375 adults and adolescents aged 14 to 60. Participants will receive either the standard dose or one of two half-dose versions. The goal is to see if using less vaccine can still protect against malaria, which could help more people get vaccinated.
