Summary
This study looks at how the bacteria naturally living in the colon might affect colorectal cancer risk in people with Lynch syndrome or other inherited colon polyp conditions. Researchers will collect stool samples, colon tissue, and diet/lifestyle questionnaires from 77 participants during their scheduled colonoscopy. The goal is to understand how diet influences these bacteria and their link to cancer risk.
