Can a special diet after surgery lock in weight loss?
NCT ID NCT07268508
Summary
This study aims to see if a diet designed to improve gut bacteria diversity helps people maintain weight loss after bariatric surgery better than standard dietary advice. It will involve 60 adults who have had weight loss surgery. Researchers will compare the two groups over a year, looking at gut health, eating habits, and weight-related health markers.
