First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether attending prenatal care in a group setting helps pregnant women with type 2 or gestational diabetes manage their blood sugar and lose pregnancy weight after childbirth. About 117 women will be randomly assigned to either group or traditional one-on-one care. The goal is to see if group support leads to better health outcomes for both mother and baby.
