First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether taking grape extract (a source of polyphenols) along with exercise can improve blood pressure and blood vessel health in people with high-normal blood pressure. Ten sedentary adults with prehypertension took part. Researchers measured blood pressure and artery function after exercise and over 24 hours to see if the combination had extra benefits.
