Summary
This study tested 15 sedentary women aged 40-60 to see how three types of Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, and chair) affect heart function and flexibility right after exercise. Each woman tried all three machines on separate days. Researchers measured heart rate variability and flexibility before and after each session. The goal was to help instructors and clinicians pick the best equipment for individual needs.
