First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GAP T cells for children and young adults with a type of liver cancer that has returned or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment involves taking a patient's own immune cells, adding a gene to help them recognize and attack cancer cells, and giving them back. The main goals are to find a safe dose and to see if the cells can shrink tumors.
