First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating only during certain hours (early or late in the day) can help control blood sugar and improve heart health in people who are overweight or have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. Researchers will track blood sugar levels and other health markers in 30 participants. The goal is to find out if when you eat matters as much as what you eat.
