Summary
This study looks at whether a gluten-free diet can improve quality of life for people with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism who still have symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and weight gain despite taking thyroid medication. About 50 adults with Hashimoto's and ongoing symptoms will follow a gluten-free diet for a period of time. The main goal is to see if their quality of life improves.
