First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at how blood sugar levels change during exercise in healthy adults and those with type 1 diabetes. Researchers want to see if these changes are similar each time a person exercises. Participants will cycle or rest after a standard breakfast, and their glucose will be tracked with a continuous monitor and finger-prick tests.
