Summary
This study tests a weekly injection called mazdutide in 420 people with type 2 diabetes who also have mild memory problems or early dementia. The goal is to see if the drug can slow down or improve thinking and memory decline over 76 weeks. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the active drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which group they are in.
