Summary
This early study looks at how two experimental drugs, defactinib and VS-6766, enter glioblastoma tumors in the brain. Fourteen adults with new or returning glioblastoma will take a single dose before surgery. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the tumor and surrounding brain, and to check for side effects.
