NCT ID NCT05798507

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This early-phase trial studies how two oral drugs, defactinib and VS-6766, enter glioblastoma tumors and the surrounding brain tissue. Fourteen adults with new or recurrent glioblastoma who need surgery will take a single dose of one drug before their tumor is removed. The main goals are to measure drug levels in the tumor and blood and to check for side effects. This is a knowledge-gathering study, not a treatment trial.
