Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a diabetes drug called glibenclamide (glyburide) can safely help nerve pain in people with multiple sclerosis. Ten adults with MS and moderate-to-severe nerve pain will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and pain changes. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough for larger studies.
