First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special health assessment and personalized care plan can help older adults (65+) starting chemotherapy avoid severe side effects. About 70 participants will either receive the assessment-driven plan plus usual care, or usual care alone. The goal is to see if this approach reduces hospital visits and helps patients stay stronger during treatment.
