This study tracks up to 600 people with GATA2 deficiency, a genetic condition that can affect the immune system and other body systems. Researchers want to learn why some people have mild symptoms while others face serious issues like infections or cancer. Participants will have yearly check-ups for at least 3 years to help improve future diagnosis and care.
