Inclusion Criteria: * Individuals without systemic diseases that may affect periodontal tissues (such as cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, immune system disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, cancer, and diabetes) * Individuals who have not used antibiotics within the last 3 months * Individuals not taking any medications known to affect periodontal tissues * Individuals without infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B virus (HBV), or tuberculosis * Individuals with at least 16 natural teeth, excluding third molars * Individuals aged 18 years and older Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnant or lactating individuals * Individuals who have received periodontal treatment within the last 6 months * Current smokers
