Herbal capsules join antibiotics to fight womb infection and boost fertility

Summary
This study tests whether adding FuKe Qianjin capsules, a Chinese herbal medicine, to standard antibiotics works better than antibiotics alone for chronic endometritis, a womb infection that can cause infertility and miscarriage. About 300 women aged 20-40 will take the capsules or a placebo for 56 days, plus antibiotics for 14 days. Researchers will check if the combination improves infection clearance and pregnancy rates over 6 months.
