New CAR T-Cell therapy takes on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental therapy called FT836, a ready-made CAR T-cell treatment, in people with advanced solid tumors like lung, colorectal, breast, ovarian, endometrial, or head and neck cancers that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose when given alone or with chemotherapy and/or antibody drugs. About 113 participants will be enrolled.
