Summary

This study looked at whether giving 7-11 year old children in Shanghai a daily breakfast with fruits and vegetables could improve their thinking, mood, and attention. Over 250 kids took part, receiving a healthy breakfast every day for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in IQ, mood, and attention to see if the extra produce made a difference.
