Summary
This study provides 400 adults with diabetes or prediabetes who struggle to afford food with free fresh food boxes and nutrition classes twice a month for six months. Researchers will check if this program helps lower blood sugar levels and reduces food insecurity. The goal is to see if giving healthy food directly to patients can improve their health and prevent diabetes from getting worse.
