This study looked at whether two simple frailty tests (G8 and VES-13) can predict serious side effects from chemotherapy in people 65 and older with gastrointestinal cancers. Researchers followed 72 patients during their treatment to see if those who were frail had more toxicity. The goal is to help doctors personalize cancer care for older adults.
