Summary

This study enrolls 200 adults aged 50 and older in a rural area who have had a hip or spine fracture or are taking osteoporosis medications. Participants receive education, regular check-ins, and medication monitoring every 4 months for 2 years. The goal is to improve medication adherence and bone health, reducing the risk of future fractures.
