Summary
This pilot study tests whether a single dose of a food additive (potassium sorbate) changes how much adults with obesity eat over 24 hours, compared to a placebo. The main goal is to see if the study methods work well, like recruiting participants and getting them to follow the diet. Only 20 people aged 20-80 with a BMI of 30-39 are needed.
