Heart failure fluid loss may ease sleep apnea
NCT ID NCT07601724
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether removing extra fluid from the body helps improve sleep apnea in adults hospitalized with heart failure. About 50 participants will wear a sleep monitor before and after fluid removal. Researchers will measure changes in sleep apnea severity and see if they are linked to the amount of fluid removed and changes in neck size.
