Summary
This study compares two techniques for inserting a breathing tube through the nose during general anesthesia: a flexible camera (fiberscope) versus a video laryngoscope. The goal is to see which method reduces nosebleeds and improves safety. About 200 adults having planned surgery will take part, and researchers will measure bleeding, ease of insertion, and time taken.
