Nosebleed risk compared in nasal intubation study

Summary
This study compares two methods for inserting a breathing tube through the nose during surgery: a flexible camera (fiberscope) versus a video laryngoscope. The goal is to see which technique causes less nosebleed and is smoother. About 200 adults having planned surgery will take part, and the results will help doctors choose the safest approach.
