First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study compares two methods for placing a breathing tube through the nose during surgery: a flexible camera scope versus a video laryngoscope. The goal is to see which technique causes less nosebleed and is smoother for the patient. About 200 adults having planned surgery will take part, and the results will help doctors choose the safest approach.
