Summary
This study tested a new exercise device called FitMi AD in 31 people with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. The device uses sensors to track movements while users follow exercises shown on a computer screen. The goal was to see if it could improve balance, walking speed, and leg strength, and reduce pain.
