Summary
This study tests whether adding tizanidine to the standard drug pregabalin provides better pain relief for people with fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. About 164 adults with daily pain will receive either the combo or pregabalin alone for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain more effectively and safely.
