Summary
This study compares the standard drug pregabalin alone versus pregabalin combined with dexmedetomidine for treating fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers hope the combination will provide greater pain relief without more side effects. The trial will enroll 400 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found relief from non-drug treatments.
