Summary
This study looks at whether adding 10 grams of fibre to your daily diet for two weeks can improve mental wellbeing, including anxiety, stress, sleep, and mood. About 40 healthy adults aged 18-40 will take part. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires before and after the diet change.
