Summary
This study explores whether adding 10 grams of fiber to the daily diet for two weeks can improve mental health and wellbeing. It involves 40 young adults aged 18-40 who do not already eat a high-fiber diet. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, depression, sleep quality, and gut symptoms before and after the two-week period.
