This study is exploring whether simply adding about 10 grams of fiber to your daily diet for two weeks can help improve mental health. It involves 40 young adults who will eat more high-fiber foods. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, depression, sleep, and gut health before and after the two-week period.
