Summary

This study looks at whether measuring the baby's liver length and volume with ultrasound can help doctors understand how gestational diabetes affects the baby. Researchers will compare these measurements between pregnant women with and without diabetes. The goal is to find a simple, noninvasive way to track the baby's response to high blood sugar.
