Summary

This study tests whether a 3-year program of diet advice, exercise coaching, and behavior support can prevent type 2 diabetes in 800 women who had gestational diabetes. Participants will receive personalized meal plans and regular sessions with dietitians and exercise instructors. The goal is to see if this approach reduces blood sugar problems and improves long-term health for both mothers and their children.
